Awarded the 2003 International Coach of the Year, Dory Willer is a certified executive coach that offers over 25 years of experience as a human resources executive, international speaker, and training facilitator to her clients. She has broad and diverse experience working for two Fortune 100’s, most recently as a VP of Human Resources. Her coaching expertise is success coaching which creates breakthrough performance for individuals and organizations to a new level of thriving. Nationally known for aligning people to their success factors, Willer maintains a limited practice of individual clients for executive and performance coaching; the majority of her work is with business teams/units as an action strategist coach. Nic-named A Cheerleader for Your Soul – Willer empowers a ‘can do’ spirit from the inside-out which leads her clients to producing stunning results.

Willer founded Beacon Quest Coaching in 1998 after obtaining her coaching credential from the prestigious Hudson Institute; her degrees are from USF in Organizational Behavior, along with an HR Executive Certification from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. Her graduate coursework was in career development from John F. Kennedy University. She holds advance coaching certifications from various coach training institutes; is a past president of an International Coach Federation SFO Chapter; a member of the National Speakers Association, National Association of Business Coaches and the Society of Human Resources Management. Willer is quoted frequently in print publications, a TV and Radio guest, has co-authored four published books, and co-host of The Thrive Factor radio show on the business channel of Voice America.
