Olivia Herriford coaches, mentors, and teaches leaders. She is certified as a business coach by Gazelles International and works primarily with small to medium, high-growth companies and non-profits, assisting CEO and Executive Directors with strategy development and execution with a focus on accountability, culture, and leadership. Since creating Herriford Consulting in 1996, her consulting practice has evolved from technology planning and implementation to change management, with expertise in stakeholder analysis and communications. Prior to starting her own business, Olivia had over twenty-five years experience as a leader in high-technology, financial, government, and non-profit environments. Dr. Herriford is adjunct faculty at John F Kennedy University and University of Phoenix, where she teaches graduate and undergraduate business and management courses. She is a member of the coaching and subject matter expert team at The Recharge Institute where she develops and facilitates workshops in the areas of leadership and cutlure, emotional intelligence, and decision-making. She applies her mediation certification as a volunteer on community dispute resolution panels in addition to developing and delivering workplace and classroom training on conflict management. Olivia loves to travel, listen to live music, play golf, and drive California back roads in her ’86 Alfa Romeo.
