T. Falcon Napier – Presenter – October 2009

Using the ChangeGrid® for a Stronger Coaching PracticeT. Falcon Napier

Monday, October 21, 2009

6:30 – 9:00 p.m.

Orinda Library (Directions & Map)

Presenter: T. Falcon Napier

During this presentation, returning guest speaker T. Falcon Napier will cover basic concepts of the ChangeWorks® System and demonstrate several ways coaches can incorporate the ChangeGrid® into their client work and their marketing efforts as well.

Unlike traditional psychometric instruments, the ChangeGrid explores state not traits. It focuses on how someone is, not who they are.  This fresh perspective allows the ChangeGrid to serve as a client-driven, activity-specific coaching and management tool. Given a customized set of personalized, mission-critical activities, the ChangeGrid reveals the likelihood that an individual or team will actually follow through and do what needs to be done without any outside support or guidance. If support or guidance is needed, the ChangeGrid specifies the form it should take.

In this session, you will:

  • EXPLORE how the ChangeGrid serves as a natural bridge between the changes your clients want and the changes they achieve.
  • UNDERSTAND how change actually works at the individual, activity- specific level.
  • LEARN how to apply the ChangeGrid at the individual, team and organizational levels.
  • EXPERIENCE the ChangeGrid for yourself.
