When I reached the age of sixty, I found that there are many lifestyle changes that come with reaching this amazing age. After several careers, my long-time passion to work with other women resulted in becoming a certified co-active coach. Clients include solo business owners, women’s organizations and individuals who simply want to improve their communication skills.

Some of the workshops I have created and facilitated include public relations skills for a dental school, marketing and presentation skills for non-profit organizations, and strategic planning sessions with chambers of commerce, interior designers, and an association of professional consultants.
