Lisa is a compassionate and inspiring life coach who helps people achieve their personal and professional dreams. She uses a proven ten-step process to work with clients to help them move powerfully forward on their goals within a focused and structured time frame.

Lisa is passionate about working with motivated mid-career professionals who are bored or unhappy in their current jobs. Her clients typically have a vision for the work that they want to be doing as their calling but feel stuck or overwhelmed when trying to figure out how to move from where they are to where they want to be. Before working with Lisa, her clients are often wondering how it could be possible to transition out of their current job because they feel that they have so much invested, so many personal obligations, and so much to lose. Lisa helps her clients discover their personal strengths and interests and match them to the marketplace so that they end up in their dream job and are compensated well for what they love to do. Clients who work with Lisa as their coach learn how to get clear about what they want, align with their purpose and passion, believe in themselves, and take serious steps forward to achieve powerful results.

Lisa is a certified Dream Coach® through the Marcia Wieder Dream Coach program (International Coach Federation accredited). Lisa has over 20 years of experience in human resources, business management, and organizational development working in municipal, non-profit, corporate and higher education institutions. She has also been an active volunteer within a variety of organizations that support youth.

If you are ready to make big changes and start achieving big results, contact Lisa now. You may reach her by email at Lisa@KulaCoaching.com, or phone at 415-215-5472 to schedule a complimentary consultation and sample the transformational experience of coaching.
