Coaching Opportunites April 19-20, 2010

Members of East Bay Coaches are welcome to join our sister chapter, Silicon Valley Coaching Federation, and provide coaching sessions at the Invent Your Future 2010 conference at the Santa Clara Convention Center on April 19 & 20.

Here are the open spots:

Monday, April 19
1:00 – 4:30 pm help with set up, conference opens at 2pm
4:30 – 8:00 pm

Tuesday, April 20
8:00 – 11:00 am
11:00 – 2:30 pm
2:30 – 6:00 pm help with packing up an leftover materials

You may bring your own promotional material to distribute. Please make sure you can carry it in rather inconspicuously as the Santa Clara Convention Center is a Union controlled facility.

February 7 – 13, 2010 is International Coaching Week!

International Coaching Week (ICW) is a weeklong global celebration of the coaching profession held annually, during the first week in February. Originally founded in 1999 by ICF member Jerri N. Udelson, MCC, ICW is a designated time each year for coaches and clients to educate the general public about the value of working with a professional coach and to acknowledge the results and progress made through the coaching process.

During this extended commemoration, coaches around the world offer a variety of activities and pro bono services in their local communities to share what coaching has the ability to do.

The International Coach Federation is a proud sponsor of ICW and encourages coaches all over the globe to participate by holding special events during the designated International Coaching Week. ICW is a special time each year for all professional coaches to join together and celebrate the profession as one.
