Wanda Hennig

Wanda Hennig

Wanda Hennig trained and certified through the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael. She was introduced to the concept of coaching while editor of Diablo magazine when a freelance writer pitched her a story on coaching. Reading the story, Wanda instantly saw the value of working with a coach, and coaching others. A teacher, lecturer and a long-time journalist in South Africa, she had come to the Bay Area after a job layoff and as an antidote to the “empty nest.”

Wanda has a post graduate degree in psychology and a counseling diploma from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa and many testimonials from men and women, corporate and personal, who say her coaching turned their lives around. She continues to write and to coach, to coach around writing, and to write around coaching. She has a long-term Zen practice, which informs her life, and has had special success with clients around empowerment, entitlement and relationship issues, transitions, confidence and creative reinventions.

She has also worked successfully with people who want to write about themselves (particularly the memoir and self-help genre) or their businesses (coaching people to express their unique talents).
